We are providers for United Healthcare, BCBS PPO, Blue Care Network, Medicare, Most Medicare Advantage plans, and the VA. Please note that Blue Care Network and VA patients require a referral from their primary care physician to receive insurance benefits.
We are out-of-network with all other insurances. You would be responsible for full fees at the time of service. However, we will submit your claims as a courtesy to you.

Our doctors will assess your eligibility for care and fully review your health condition, asking questions about symptom severity, triggers, and duration.
A physical examination will follow, potentially including x-rays or other diagnostic tests if needed.
After ruling out conditions requiring immediate medical referral, our doctors will perform a neuromusculoskeletal evaluation.
Your visit will conclude with a spinal manipulation. Nutritional patients will also receive nutritional testing and recommendations.
After treatment, the doctor will suggest follow-up visits to monitor progress.
