For use with a Breadman Bread maker
1 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour
1½ cups Bob’s Red Mill Rice Flour (brown or white)
½ cup Potato Starch
2 tsp Xanthan Gum
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Yeast
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Oil
1 tsp Vinegar
1¾ cups Water
MIX the 7 dry ingredients in a large bowl. Using hot water from the faucet, mix eggs, oil, vinegar and water in a 4 cup bowl and add to the dry mixture. Spoon the dough into the bread maker (make sure the kneader is in the bucket!) Set the controls for basic white bread and light setting. You may also want to try 1 cup for Corn or White bean flour.
This recipe may also be used in the conventional bread-making way, just follow baking instructions in your favorite cook book.
