1 Can of chick peas (garbanzo beans)
1 Clove of garlic (large size)
½ tsp of sea salt
2 Tbsp Tahini (Sesame paste)
2 Tsp lemon juice
Drain ½ the can of chick peas and empty into food processor. Mince garlic and add to peas. Add all other ingredients. Pulse or blend until smooth. If mixture is not blending well, add a little water (not too much, use 1 tsp at a time). Refrigerate for 1 hour or more. Consistency will solidify.
Serving Suggestion: Drizzle a little olive oil over hummus and sprinkle with paprika. Garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley.
