Kale Chips
1 bunch kale
2 Tbsp olive oil (first cold pressed)
½ tsp sea salt
Wash and thoroughly dry kale; use a salad spinner if you have one. Cut dry kale in 1 inch pieces and place in medium sized bowl. Toss with oil and salt
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place kale evenly on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for approximately 10-15 minutes or until leave edges are crisp.
For variety, may add 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar and 1 Tbsp oil. Try adding lime or lemon juice or if you prefer spicy, sprinkle on cayenne pepper, etc.
