2 Eggs, separated
1 cup Buttermilk
¼ cup Oil
½ level cup Ener-G Pure Tapioca Flour
1 level cup Ener-G Pure Rice Flour
1½ tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
BEAT egg whites to form dry peaks, set aside. Mix egg yolks with buttermilk and oil. In a separate bowl stir dry ingredients together. Mix egg yolk mixture into dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites.
BAKE on an oiled waffle iron.
