Rice Flour and Honey Pie Crust

¾ cup Arrowhead Mills White Rice Flour
1 tsp Honey
¼ tsp Sea Salt
½ tsp Xanthan Gum
1/3 cup Butter
2 Tbsp Cold Water

STIR together dry ingredients, making sure Xanthan gum is mixed in thoroughly. Cut in butter and add honey. Add cold water a little at a time until a ball is formed. Roll dough to 1/8” thickness between 2 sheets of foil or waxed paper. Peel off top sheet and fit dough into 9” pie pan. Peel off other sheet and press dough gently into pan. Prick dough with a fork. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until brown.
