Mexican Bean Dip

1 lb ground beef
½ onion chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning mix (read labels for wheat)
1 can refried beans
3 Tbsp sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese
Corn chips or wheat free tortilla wrap
(Optional to add black olives, green chili, etc)
 
In fry pan, brown beef with onion. Drain fat. Follow directions on seasoning package to season and cook the beef. Add 1 can beans and sour cream, mix well. Optional: add extra items to taste. Pour mixture into 13” x 9” baking for dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350°F 25 minutes until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling. Serve warm with corn chips or wrap individual serving in wheat free tortilla.
