MJ's Pumpkin Bread

For use in a conventional oven @ 325°
2 ½ cup sugar
2 1/3 cup MJ's flour blend
1 cup Garbanzo bean flour
2 tsp Xanthan gum
½ tsp baking powder
2 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
4 eggs
1 cup olive oil
1 cup cold water
1 15 oz. Can of 100% pumpkin
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs, oil, water and pumpkin. Mix well. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake for 1 ½ hours.
